|2 packets of||McCain Savoury Rice|
|600 g||chicken breast fillets — cubed|
|Small bunch of||spring onion — chopped|
|1/2 cup||light soy sauce|
|1 tsp||garlic powder|
|2 tsp||rice wine vinegar|
|salt and black pepper — to taste|
Cook the McCain Savoury Rice according to package instructions.
Combine all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce and mix well.
Marinate the cubed chicken in 2 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce.
Heat a large pan on medium to high heat.
Heat the oil, then fry the chicken in batches until cooked.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
Add the McCain Savoury Rice to the same pan and add the chicken and remaining teriyaki sauce.
Adjust the seasoning and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
