Ingredients (11)

1 kg mussels
500 g shrimps — shelled
500 g squid — thinly sliced
500 g cuttlefish — thinly sliced
500 g octopus — sliced
1 lemon — zest and juice
olive oil — extra virgin
fresh parsley — roughly chopped
cloves garlic — cloves, peeled, finely choppped
1 chilli — large, hot, finely chopped
sea salt

Method:

Fry all the sea food very lightly in the olive oil, including the mussels until everything is just cooked.

Season with salt, garlic, chilli, parsley, lemon zest and black pepper if you feel it needs more pepper.
 
Pour over the lemon lemon juice and additional oil to taste.

Allow to rest for about 6 hours to allow the flavours to develop.
