What is a braai without some smokey kebabs?
|60 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|5-6 cloves||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|250 ml||beer — Guinness|
|500 g||rump steak — cubed|
Mix the oil, garlic, salt, pepper and beer, pour over
the meat and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2 Clean the bay or lemon twigs, leaving a few leaves at the top.
Thread a few cubes of meat onto each twig.
3 Braai over hot coals for 8-10 minutes, turning continuously until
cooked to your liking.
