Rosemary and salt bread rolls

Ingredients (10)

5 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 tbsp salt
3 - 4 tbsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp sugar
10 g Superbake Instant Yeast
600 ml warm water
25 ml olive oil

Method:

Mix together the bread flour, salt and dried rosemary, in a large mixing bowl. Set to one side. Mix the sugar, yeast, water and olive oil together in a jug. Cover this jug and let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast has activated and starts to bubble.

Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix well and start to mix with your hands when the mixture starts to form a dough. Knead well. Let this rise in a warm room for 1 hour.

Knead again and shape into bread rolls. Brush the rolls with olive oil and add a sprinkle more salt & rosemary on top. Let this rise for a further 30 minutes.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven (180C) until golden brown on top.
