1. Fill a big jug with ice. Add the ClemenGold Gin™️ and lemon juice and top up with the soda water. Add fresh lemon slices and raspberries into the punch jug.
2. Pour 25ml of the raspberry and rose syrup into a high ball glass. Top with ice and then pour over the punch. Garnish with rose petals and fresh raspberries.
1. Place 1 cup of fresh raspberries in a small pot with ½ cup castor sugar and 50ml rose syrup and simmer until the sugar melts and the berries break down a little.
2. Remove from the heat and strain the mixture. Allow the syrup to cool before using.
Punch makes 1.5L
