Rosa tomato and red onion tortilla pizza
Serve with fresh slices of avocado, Parmesan shavings, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
|1||tortillas — flour|
|olive oil — for brushing|
|1||rosa tomatoes — halved|
|1||red onion — thinly sliced|
|1 handful||parmesan cheese — grated|
|fresh mixed herbs|
|salt — coarse|
Lightly coat the tortilla with some jar pasta sauce or passata, herbs. Add the finely sliced red onion and Rosa tomatoes and cheese. Bake at 200°C for 4 – 5 minutes.
