Rooibos ginger iced tea

Ingredients (6)

1.5 l water — boiled
3 rooibos — tea bags
1/4 cup honey
lemon — halved, juice only
1 fresh ginger — peeled
2-3 sprig fresh mint

Method:

Pour boiling water into the jug over all the ingredients, let the tea brew for 3-4 minutes before removing the tea bags.

Leave to cool and serve with ice and mint leaves.

*For your picnic, make the day before and pour into bottles for freezing overnight.
