Ingredients (5)

500 g tomatoes
2 tsp sea salt
3 thyme — leaves removed
3 fresh chillies — 573
3 garlic — cloves

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the tomatoes in half and layer on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, scatter with thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes.
