Roast butternut and feta pate

Ingredients (4)

500 g butternut
2 feta cheese — rounds
1 cloves garlic — cloves
1 tsp sea salt — seasoned

Place butternut in roasting dish and drizzle with olive oil. Roast at 180 C for 40 mins. Place in liquidiser and puree butternut. Add 2 rounds of feta and 1 clove crushed garlic and mix well in liquidiser. Serve with homemade melba toast
