|1/2 cup||black beans — tinned|
|2 Tbs||cheddar cheese — shredded|
Cook the rice in hot boiling water and rinse it and then mix the beans and salsa together in a bowl that is microwavable.
Cover it with foil and cook it in the microwave on high power for about a minute.
Add 1 cup of rice, cover again and cook for another minute until it is hot.
Top if off with guacamole and cheese and add the hot sauce if you like it a little bit spicy.
