|2 cup||tomato sauce|
|1/4 cup||brown sugar|
|1/2 cup||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/4 cup||soy sauce|
|1/4 cup||vegetable oil|
|1/4 cup||lemon juice|
|2||red chillies — chopped|
Combine all the ingredients and whisk well.
Pour over the ribs and allow
to marinade for at least 30 mins and up to 3/4 hours before braai-ing.
You could also stick the ribs in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
Makes enough marinade for 2kg ribs.
