Raw vegan chocolate mousse
|8 Tbs||coconut oil — virgin|
|12 Tbs||cacao powder — raw|
|4 Tbs||carob powder|
|orange — eseence or vanilla paste|
Blend the bananas in a blender then add the rest of the ingredients and taste.
Adjust the water if you feel it’s too thick and add more flavouring if necessary.
Serve in a stemmed glass as a mousse.
