2 beetroot — large, julienned
2 carrots — large, julienned
6 radishes — thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber — chopped
125 ml sprouts
250 ml mushrooms — sliced
1 fresh Italian parsley — handful, chopped
1 fresh basil — handful
natural salt substitute and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
Dressing 1:
15 ml fresh chillies — 573
45 ml orange juice — fresh
45 ml lemon juice — fresh
2 garlic — cloves, crushed
natural salt substitute and freshly ground black pepper
Dressing 2:
250 ml tomato juice
1/2 red onion — finely chopped
15 ml fresh mixed herbs — chives, basil and parsley
30.00 ml lemon juice
2 garlic — cloves, crushed
natural salt substitute and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Toss and dress with one of the dressing options, for which you have mixed together all the ingredients.
