|65 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|750 g||pork strips — Cut by butcher|
|½ Each Red, Green & Yellow Peppers, Julienned — julienned|
|250 ml||cabbage — shredded|
|2||carrots — peeled and julienned|
|100||green beans — trimmed, halved|
|red onion — sliced|
|lemon grass — sliced|
|45 ml||Worcestershire sauce|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
In a large heavy based frying pan or wok, heat oil and brown pork.
Add peppers, cabbage, carrots and green beans and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients, toss to mix and cook over medium heat until all cooked through but still crisp.
TIP: Most leading butcheries will have pork stir-fry meat in their fridges.
