Quick pork stir fry

Ingredients (10)

65 ml olive oil
750 g pork strips — Cut by butcher
½ Each Red, Green & Yellow Peppers, Julienned — julienned
250 ml cabbage — shredded
2 carrots — peeled and julienned
100 ml green beans — trimmed, halved
1 red onion — sliced
1 lemon grass — sliced
45 ml Worcestershire sauce
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

In a large heavy based frying pan or wok, heat oil and brown pork.

Add peppers, cabbage, carrots and green beans and stir-fry for 10 minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients, toss to mix and cook over medium heat until all cooked through but still crisp.

TIP: Most leading butcheries will have pork stir-fry meat in their fridges.
