Quick bread pudding
|120.00 g||breadcrumbs — white|
|397.00 g||nestlé sweetened condensed milk|
|300.00 ml||water — boiled|
|5.00 ml||vanilla — essence|
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs in an ovenproof dish with a 1,5 litre capacity.
Beat the condensed milk, boiling water and vanilla essence together.
Pour this mixture over the breadcrumbs.
Bake the pudding for approximately 30 minute until light brown on top. Serve hot.
