|2 cup||pulled lamb|
|pickled jalapeños — sliced|
|8||slices sourdough bread|
Spread the chutney on the one side of each of the sourdough slices.
Top with mozzarella cheese, pulled lamb and sliced jalapeños.
Top with a slice of bread (chutney layer on the inside) to make a sandwich.
Fry each toastie in butter in a frying pan on a medium heat until nicely golden and then cheese has melted.
