Ingredients (8)

160.00 ml tomato sauce
160.00 ml brown sugar
30.00 ml mustard — powder
90.00 ml vinegar — brown
180.00 ml stock — vegetable
1.00 orange — zest and juice
10.00 prunes — soakeed
0.00 yoghurt — plain

Slowly heat all the ingredients except the prunes and yoghurt until the sugar has dissolved.
Reduce heat and reduce the mixture until it forms a fragrant, thick sauce.
Stir in the prunes.
Just before serving with a roast of your choice, stir in a few spoonfuls of yoghurt.
