|90.00 ml||vinegar — brown|
|180.00 ml||stock — vegetable|
|1.00||orange — zest and juice|
|10.00||prunes — soakeed|
|0.00||yoghurt — plain|
Slowly heat all the ingredients except the prunes and yoghurt until the sugar has dissolved.
Reduce heat and reduce the mixture until it forms a fragrant, thick sauce.
Stir in the prunes.
Just before serving with a roast of your choice, stir in a few spoonfuls of yoghurt.
