Heat a little oil in a large saucepan ad fry the onion and green pepper until soft.
Add the meat and brown it.
Add the garlic, cardamom, cinnamon and chilli and fry for a few minutes.
Add the water and bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the peas and corn and mix with the yellow rice.
