Slice each ClemenGold®️ into 8 wedges.
Add a layer of salt to the bottom of the jar, then pack a layer of ClemenGold®️ wedges in tightly. Top with salt and the cumin seeds. Repeat until the jar is full and tightly packed.
Leave in the fridge for 6-8 weeks before first use.
Add to chicken bakes, tagines, salmon dishes or aromatic rice dishes. Remember to always keep refrigerated.
