|10 ml (2 tsp)||spar virgin olive oil|

|15 ml (1 Tbsp)||garlic — cloves|
|1||spar chilli cheese grillers — cut into 2cm pieces|
|2 x 410 g||tins spar whole kernel sweetcorn|
1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2 Coat the chicken with the spices and fry in the olive oil until brown. Remove from the pan.
3 Fry the onion and garlic till brown, then add the cheese griller pieces and the sweetcorn Simmer for 10 minutes.
4 Pour into an ovenproof dish, add the chicken pieces and bake for 15–20 minutes.
