Pork sausage and bean casserole

|2||beans — tins, 4, mix|
|2||tinned tomatoes — whole peeled|
|2 Tbs||dried mixed herbs|
|4 cloves||garlic — cloves|
|1 tsp||garam marsala|
|1 tsp||brown sugar|
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Place the potatoes in to bake.
Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic and chilli.
Slice the sausages .
Sauté the onion in a casserole dish in a little vegetable oil, when it is soft,
add the garlic, garam marsala, mixed herbs and chilli.
Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously.
Add the tomato tins and break them up with the side of a spoon.

Serve with a steaming baked potato and butter when they are ready.
