Pork chops with coffee marinade
|2.00||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|150.00 ml||wine — red|
|1.00||lemon — juice only|
|45.00 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|150.00 ml||strongly brewed black coffee|
|15.00 ml||fresh thyme — chopped|
|6.00||pork — chops|
Mix together all the ingredients and pour over the pork chops.
Marinate overnight or for at least four hours.
Place chops in a shallow ovenproof dish and cover with the marinade.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
Brown under the grill if necessary.
Serve with rice and veggies.
