BARBECUE SAUCE
150.00 ml tomato sauce
30.00 ml Dijon mustard
45.00 ml oil
65.00 ml soy sauce
1.00 cloves garlic — cloves
1.00 chilli
1.00 onion
0.00 coriander

Method:

Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over pork belly.
Allow to stand for
2 hours.
Braai the pork belly until golden – the fat should be crispy and the meat cooked through.
