Ingredients (8)

125 ml water
100 g sugar
grape juice — sparkling, non-alcoholic champagne
500 ml pomegranate — juice
1 lemon — thinly sliced
250 ml pomegranate rubies
fresh mint
ice — cubes

Method:

Bring water and sugar to
boil in a small saucepan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

Simmer for 5 minutes and
cool the syrup completely. Combine the non-alcoholic champagne and pomegranate
juice in punch bowl.

 Add enough syrup to sweeten the drink.

Mix in lemon slices,
pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

Add ice cubes before serving.
