|grape juice — sparkling, non-alcoholic champagne|
|500 ml||pomegranate — juice|
|1||lemon — thinly sliced|
|250 ml||pomegranate rubies|
|ice — cubes|
Bring water and sugar to
boil in a small saucepan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Simmer for 5 minutes and
cool the syrup completely. Combine the non-alcoholic champagne and pomegranate
juice in punch bowl.
Add enough syrup to sweeten the drink.
Mix in lemon slices,
pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
Add ice cubes before serving.
