4.00 pita breads
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
4.00 tomatoes — sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
125.00 g mozzarella cheese — grated
60.00 g parmesan cheese
12.00 olives — black, halved
fresh basil
8 salami — peppered, sliced

1. Brush pita lightly with oil, layer with tomatoes and seasoning. Sprinkle with both cheeses and olive halves. Place on a dinner plate and cook at 100 percent for 3 to 4 minutes in a 650-700 watt oven.
