|230 g||smooth cottage cheese — sweet chilli flavour|
|100 g||blue cheese|
|fresh sage — leaves|
|olive oil spray or butter|
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and grease with non-stickspray.
Arrange the butternut cubes and onion slices in a single layer on the baking sheet,sprinkle salt and olive oil over and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the butternut is tender.
Spray olive oil or spread butter on each phyllo sheet. Put the layers on top of one another ands lice in half, then put on the prepared baking sheet.
3 Dollop cottage cheese on each of the phyllo crusts, then add the butternut and onion. Crumble the blue cheese over and add the sage.
4 Bake for 10 minutes or until the blue cheese has melted and the crust is crispy.Slice and serve immediately.
