Ingredients (5)

4 raspberries — muddles
50 ml gin — Ginologist, Inverroche or Malfy Citrus
25 ml lemon juice
12.5 ml simple syrup — cold-infused raspberry
5 ml green chartreuse — or Campari, Benedictine or Aperol (for complexity)

Method:

Add ingredients to a jam jar with ice. Shake with lid on, then top with ice and soda.
