|100 g||pear — peeled and cored|
|1 - 1 1/2 tbsp||maple syrup|
|1 tsp||Robertson's vanilla essence|
|120 ml||chickpea liquid|
|kombucha — lemon or ginger flavoured|
Place all the pear puree ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
To a mason jar add a small handful of ice, the pear puree and chickpea liquid.
Screw the lid on the jar and shake hard for 30 seconds.
Strain the liquid and divide between two glasses. Top up the glasses with kombucha or soda.
*For a virgin cocktail, replace the gin with water, pear or apple juice.
