Ingredients (9)

45.00 ml oil
7.00 ml curry paste
100.00 ml coconut milk
30.00 ml peanuts — crushed
15.00 ml sugar
5.00 ml palm sugar — melted
5.00 ml salt
5.00 ml turmeric
100.00 ml water

Heat the oil in a wok and add the curry paste, stir-frying until fragrant.
Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring continually.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. The sauce must be sweet.
Serve with chicken satay (see recipe).
