Pastrami and Swiss cheese sandwich
|8||bread — rye, sliced|
|60 g||butter — softened|
|100 g||swiss cheese — sliced|
|3 Tbs||wholegrain mustard|
|1 Tbs||fresh chillies — 573|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Place 8 slices bread on a surface, spread with butter on both sides. Divide pastrami, cheese and sauerkraut between the four slices, add mustard and season, top with remaining bread slices.
Heat a griddle pan, cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing down with a weight.
Halve sandwiches and serve with crisps.
