Method:

Kook pasta in kokende soutwater vir sowat 8 minute.
Voeg bevrore ertjies by pasta in kookwater en kook vir nog 2 minute.
Dreineer alles in ‘n vergiettes.
Kap tamaties en plaas in ‘n voedselverwerker saam met sowat 8 songedroogde tamaties in olie.
Voeg 30 ml olyfolie en 15 ml wit wynasyn asook ‘n knoffelhuisie en ‘n paar basiliekruidblare by en pols alles saam tot ‘n puree.
Geur met sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper en ‘n bietjie suiker indien nodig.
Meng dit deur die gedreineerde pasta en ertjies.
Voeg gehalveerde, ontpitte olywe en sowat gesnipperde salami by asook Mozzarella-kaas, in blokkies gesny.
Sprinkel vars basiliekruidblare oor vir garnering en drup ekstra olyfolie oor voordat dit voorgesit word.
