Pasta with pesto and mushrooms

Ingredients (9)

250 g pasta — fusilli
30 ml olive oil
onion — sliced in half rings
1 garlic clove — minced
250 g mushrooms — sliced
1 red pepper — chopped
spinach pesto
parmesan cheese — shavings
fresh basil — to garnish

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the mushrooms and pepper and stir-fry until soft.

Add the pasta and pesto and mix well. Garnish with the Parmesan cheese shavings and basil.
