Oreo, peanut butter and dark chocolate squares

Ingredients (6)

2 oreo
2 cup peanut butter
360 g dark chocolate
1,5 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup treacle sugar
4 Tbs butter

Method:

Melt chocolate in double boiler with 2 tablespoons butter (keep an eye out for the chocolate and don’t let it burn.)
Add together peanut butter, icing sugar, treacle sugar and 2 remaining tablespoons of butter, melted.
Mix thoroughly.                                                                                                                                                              Crush Oreos and put half into the peanut butter mixture.
Spread peanut butter mixture on tray to about 1 cm in height (if you like it thicker, however thick you want it.)
Using a spatula, spread melted chocolate on top of peanut butter mixture.
Before the chocolate cools, gently press Oreos into the chocolate.
Place in fridge to cool; cut after 20 minutes.
Let it chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes to an hour.
