|150 g||white chocolate|
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave using a microwave-safe bowl.
Place in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between bursts, until melted.
Pour the white chocolate into a piping bag and cut a small hole at the tip.
Twist the sandwiched Oreo cookie to split the biscuits, you will have one biscuit with cream filling and one without.
Place the lollipop stick in the middle of the biscuit with cream filling, drizzle some white chocolate and close with the biscuit without cream filling.
Add two small dots of white chocolate next to the “Oreo” logo on the biscuits and place two candy eyes on top.
Set the lollipops on a cooling rack over a large bowl and drizzle the white chocolate over to form the ‘mummy’ wrapping.
TIP: You can swap out white chocolate for royal icing.
