|1||onion — chopped|
|3||celery stalks — chopped|
|2||garlic — cloves, chopped|
|1||red chilli — deseeded and finely chopped|
|500 g||chicken mince|
|5 ml||chillies — powder|
|5 ml||cumin — ground|
|125 ml||stock — chicken|
|1||cannellini beans — tinned, drained and rinsed|
|1||tomatoes — chopped|
|50 ml||fresh coriander — chopped|
|wraps — or pitta breads|
Tap for ingredients
Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry onions, celery, garlic and chilli until soft.
Break up lumps in the mince, add and fry.Add in spices and flour and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and stock, cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
Stir in the beans, heat through and serve garnished with chopped coriander.
