Ingredients (14)

CRUMBLE
90.00 g flour — cake
60.00 g butter
60.00 g oats
salt — pinch
2.00 ml nutmeg — ground
FILLING
125.00 ml jam — fig
3.00 apples — sliced
2.00 mango — peeled, sliced
1.00 pineapple — peeled and sliced
3.00 peaches — sliced
2.00 bananas — sliced
45.00 ml liqueur — fruit
125.00 ml fruit juice
30.00 ml brown sugar

Method:

CRUMBLE: Mix flour and butter together to resemble coarse breadcrumbs.
Add oats, salt and nutmeg and mix well. Set aside.
FILLING: Butter an oven-to-table dish, spread the fig jam on the bottom of the dish.
Layer fruit on top of jam, drizzle with liqueur and fruit juice and top with crumble. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated 180 ºC oven, about one hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
