|125 ml||corn flakes — crushed|
|250 ml||flour — cake|
|125 ml||peanuts — roasted|
|125 ml||oats — rolled|
|5 ml||Robertson's baking powder|
|125 ml||butter — soft|
|1||eggs — extra-large|
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Mix all the dry ingredients plus 1ml salt.
Cream butter and sugar together. Add the egg and beat well.
Add the dry ready-mix ingredients and mix together. Form into walnut sized balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and press lightly with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until light golden in colour.
