Nutty crunch biscuits

A delicious mixture of nuts and raisins all rolled in to one.

Ingredients (10)

125 ml corn flakes — crushed
250 ml flour — cake
125 ml coconut
125 ml raisins
125 ml peanuts — roasted
125 ml oats — rolled
5 ml Robertson's baking powder
125 ml butter — soft
190 ml sugar
1 eggs — extra-large

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Mix all the dry ingredients plus 1ml salt.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add the egg and beat well.

Add the dry ready-mix ingredients and mix together. Form into walnut sized balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and press lightly with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until light golden in colour.
