Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Place the apple slices into a pie dish, drizzle over the honey and lemon juice and sprinkle over cinnamon powder. Add the cinnamon stick.
Using your fingers mix together the butter and crushed Bakers Nuttikrust® biscuits. Sprinkle the crumb over the apples and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the toasted coconut. Serve with custard or pouring cream.
