|3 cup||long grain white rice — cooked|
|500 g||beef strips|
|1 tbsp||cooking oil|
|2||garlic cloves — minced|
|1 cup||soya sauce|
|1/2 cup||lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||brown sugar|
|2 cup||McCain Asian Stir Fry Mix|
|1 cup||McCain Baby Peas|
|1/2 cup||spring onions — chopped, plus extra to garnish|
|sesame seeds — toasted, to serve|
Heat oil in a pan and cook onion and garlic until translucent.
Add beef strips then season and cook until meat is cooked through.
Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir well.
Let the sauce cook for 3–5 minutes on medium heat, or until reduced.
Add the frozen McCain Asian Stir Fry mix, rice, frozen McCain Baby Peas and spring onion, and cook for a further 4 minutes.
