Ingredients (14)

3 cup long grain white rice — cooked
500 g beef strips
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves — minced
1 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cup McCain Asian Stir Fry Mix
1 cup McCain Baby Peas
1/2 cup spring onions — chopped, plus extra to garnish
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper
sesame seeds — toasted, to serve

Heat oil in a pan and cook onion and garlic until translucent.

Add beef strips then season and cook until meat is cooked through.

Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir well.

Let the sauce cook for 3–5 minutes on medium heat, or until reduced.

Add the frozen McCain Asian Stir Fry mix, rice, frozen McCain Baby Peas and spring onion, and cook for a further 4 minutes.

Enjoy warm!
