Ingredients (5)

385 g condensed milk
250 ml cream — double thick
125 ml granadillas — pulp
1 tsp lime — zest only
1 salt

Method:

Whip the cream until soft peak stage.

Add the condensed milk and whip until smooth and fluffy.

Stir in the passion fruit, zest and salt.

Freeze.
