|2||eggs — beaten|
|135 g||niknaks — crushed|
|salt — to season|
|black pepper — to season|
Preheat an oven to 180C.
Crush the Niknaks.
Season the flour with salt and pepper as well as the chicken itself – and don’t be shy.
Coat the chicken pieces in the seasoned flour, followed by the egg mixture and then coat in Niknak crumbs.
Place the crumbed chicken pieces into a baking dish or tray and bake for 35-45min, or until golden and crispy.
Serve with smoked paprika mayo.
