Mushroom kebabs in a yoghurt marinade
|250 ml||yoghurt — Greek|
|30 ml||fresh coriander — chopped|
|garlic — cloves, bruised|
|5 ml||cumin — ground|
|15 ml||lemon juice — fresh|
Place the mushrooms in a shallow mixing bowl that is suitable for marinating. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and stir it into the mushrooms. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Thread the mushrooms onto soaked wooden kebab skewers and braai them over moderate coals for about 5 minutes.
