Ingredients (8)

2 scoops or 26 g Herbalife Formula 1 Savoury Shake Mix
90 g wholemeal flour
1 tsp Robertson's baking powder
1 egg
80 ml skimmed milk
80 g Half-fat Mediterranean-style salad cheese — chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill — chopped
black pepper

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas 4 and line a muffin tray with four paper muffin cases or baking paper squares.

In a large bowl, mix together the Formula 1 Savoury Shake Mix, flour, baking powder, egg and milk until completely combined and then season with pepper. Mix in the cheese and dill, and divide the mixture between the muffin cases and bake for 20‑25 mins until risen and golden. Allow to cool and serve.
