Mushroom crust pizza
|4||brown mushrooms — large|
|15 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|125 g||mozzarella cheese — grated|
|2||red pepper — deseeded and diced|
|4||spring onions — chopped|
|4||salami — slices, diced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Slice the mushrooms and pack them on the baking sheet, overlapping the pieces to ensure there are no holes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Scatter the remaining ingredients on top of the mushrooms and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has just melted.
