Mushroom crust pizza
|4||brown mushrooms — large|
|15 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|125 g||mozzarella cheese — grated|
|2||red pepper — deseeded and diced|
|4||spring onions — chopped|
|4||salami — slices, diced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
Preheat the oven to 200degrees.
Put the mushrooms on the baking sheet, season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15minutes.
Scatter the remaining ingredients on top of the mushrooms and bake for another 10minutes or until the cheese has just melted.
