Ingredients (4)

wild greens
mixed nuts — ground
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Rinse leaves in water and drain.
Place in saucepan and cook until soft.
In the meantime make dofhi by simmering ground nuts in water. Mix mukusule into ground nut sauce and simmer gently to combine flavours.
Season with salt and pepper.
