Method:

Preheat the oven to 200C and grease a baking sheet lightly with a paper towel dipped in oil, or with non-stick spray. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl, then stir in the oat brand and grated apple. In a measuring jug, mix the oil and milk. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and apple, and pour the milk and oil mixture into the well. Mix lightly with a knife to make soft dough. Do not overmix. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead gently, using your fingertips only. Press the dough onto a rectangle about ½ cm thick. Cut into 6 cm x 6 cm squares and use a biscuit cutter or a glass (7 cm diameter) to cut out the mini pizza bases. Place the mini pizza bases on the greased baking sheet. Spoon 15 ml (1 T) of bolognaise mince onto each mini pizza and spread the mince out over the entire surface. Sprinkle each pizza with the cheeses. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Be very careful not to bake them for too long, as the pizzas dry out easily. Serve hot or cold.
