|1 handful||baby tomatoes|
|300 g||pulled lamb|
|8||cloud bread tacos — or normal taco shells|
|3/4 cup||sour cream|
|1||avocado — smashed|
|2 sprigs||fresh coriander|
Chop the tomato and onion and combine to make a salsa.
Heat pulled lamb and build tacos by layering with pulled lamb, avo, sour cream and salsa.
