|500.00 g||icing sugar — sifted|
|397.00 g||condensed milk|
|5.00 ml||vanilla — essence|
Recipe tested in a 600 watt oven.
Spray a 22 x 22 cm dish with non-stick spray.
Place the icing sugar, condensed milk and margarine in a large microwaveproof dish. Microwave for two minutes on 100 per cent power, stirring with a wire beater until well blended.
Microwave for another 10 minutes at 100 per cent power, stirring well halfway through the cooking time.
Add the vanilla essence at the end of the cooking time and beat with a wooden spoon.
Pour into the prepared dish and leave too cool. Cut into squares.
