Microwave chocolate chai cake
|40 g||Milky Bar|
|1||egg — small for one person or one large egg split between two cups if doubling the recipe|
|25 g||brown sugar|
|25 g||all-purpose flour|
|1/4 tsp||Robertson's baking powder|
|1/4 tsp||ground ginger|
|1/4 tsp||ground cinnamon|
|Small pinch of||ground cardamom|
Place butter and 25g chocolate (4 blocks) in a mug and melt them together in the microwave.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix through.
Drizzle the top of your cake with a teaspoon of water and cook for 1 minute in the microwave. If it’s not set yet, cook for a further 15 seconds before serving with a scoop of ice cream.
